I applaud you for the best service and an excellent repair job. So Yes I am very satisfied with the entire experience. The only thing is they forgot to put some beauty pieces back that covered the screw holes. Tony called the shop to see of they had them in the back somewhere, but they told him the car came in without them which is ridiculous and insulting. Tony told me that he was ordering some and would have them painted to match then call me. I hope to have this minor issue resolved in the next few days. I'd still rank your company 5 out of 5 Stars Thanks, Ezery

The staffing was superb and the agent handling the repairs was on top of notifying me about the vehicle repairs, the cars repairs made it look like new which I am very satisfied with

I can't think of anything to improve on! My experience from the beginning. . . obtaining a quote to the completion of the repairs was excellent. I was so pleased with the professional manner in how I was treated. I was completely happy with the repairs and drove away one happy satisfied customer! I would definitely recommend " Notth Fresno Collision Center"!
