Stephen **** was most helpful in explaining what would be fixed on the vehicle, appreciated being kept informed o progress of repairs and photos and follow up calls from Laura. Was told vehicle would be done on May 29 but I was able to get my car **** week earlier. I've used your firm in the past and will highly recommend others to use your company for their vehicle repairs. Car looks brand new. The technician who performed the repairs did an excellent job and should be commended for his talent . So nice to get my car back. No offense but I don't want to see you guys again. ???? Thanks from me and Tootsie (my beloved dog)

Lack of communicating when my car was not to be delivered when promised. Issues with repair when delivered. Other issues notppresent when car dropped off, now present. Were ultimately resolved after much probing

Service and repair at North Fresno Collision was excellent. I especially like having an Insurance adjuster at the point of repair. I like that they pay attention to details and prevent multiple returns.
