Rental car never came then closed.....luckily got a loner car from Honda but when I drove all the way back to return no one knew what was going on so they told me to keep the car......major miscommunication. I was anxious about charges with this loner car....finally got a rental. When my car was ready to pick up air bag light was on and waited 2 hours to get it fixed and then was told to go back to rental until fixed. A lot of back and forth w driving and figuring out plan w work schedule very stressful.

Kinda a loaded question- I am totally happy with the folks I interacted with- my car seems to be runnin alright at the moment- I have not put it through the paces- heat- ac- headlights etc- that will take a week or so of driving and discovery- one thing- since you are looking for "complete satisfaction" is that upon receiving my car back from about 3 weeks of work - it was moldy and smelly- actually mold from being closed and wet for so long- so cleaning or being aware of that problem-- would be the extra step. Prob not a factor in other parts of the country but really a problem for lots of cars here in the nw- perhaps proactively treating cars that are on your watch ?? Just suggestions - perhaps offering a detailing service option upon receiving car back? I would have paid for that.. Thanks

You delivered as promised--my Kia looks just great! I got my ride back a day earlier than I hoped. Mike Roy was a terrific contact person for me. He kept me informed daily about where in the process my rig was in the repair and painting process. I would definitely use their services again if the need arises ( I hope it doesn't!) Trust **** Hannah Collision Center with your body repair needs.

It took **** month to get my car in I was not called back when I left messages When I picked my car up it was hurried did not go over what they fixed etc. My husband found several scratches on the lens and paint they had to be buffed out while we waited which made me late to work. The trunk release was not replaced and looks to be damaged and does not consistently work. I had a flat tire shortly after leaving. There is a screw in my tire. My car does not drive right pulls to the right It is so loud when driving, there is a loud humming noise like all the windows are down. It did not sound like that before the accident or even after the accident but now after being fixed it drives bad and very loud. Not happy at all.

The repair job is fantastic however a plastic cover and some panel clips were left in the car and I am not sure what to do with them, but other than that very satisfied. Thank you

Great work. Very well done. Customer service was great. I was worried about the the delay in repair (ended up being **** week more than estimate ). But, customer service and work still excellent.

The experience was very unorganized from start to finish. Being told someone would call and make an appointment but then never getting a call, to it taking twice as long as we were told. As well as being told our car was done but showing up and it not being done. However, everyone we worked with was friendly.

My car didn't start, took my lunch break (30min) to come get my car. Ended up finally Jumpstart in it & my belts were squeeling. It's been about 20 days since it was towed there. Ended up having to walk back to work and was completely late due to the whole situation. And on top of that I still do not have a vehicle to get myself to work. I will not ever being my car to **** hannah again. Completely unsatisfied!

I was very happy with the level of service and customer care at the Vancouver Hannah Collision Center. My repair went smoothly and was finished on schedule. I really enjoyed the text updates in the progress as well, made me feel in the loop and helped in planning around my busy schedule to make sure I could make it in to pick up my car as soon as it was finished.

I am appalled at how the inside looked upon return of our vehicle. Nothing was cleaned up and looks far worse than I have ever seen or kept it myself. You would think that after having it for two months it would be returned in top condition. It is going to take a lot of work on my part to get stains out of the seats and roof liner!
