Everyone we talked to was very polite and answered any questions we had. The procedures in place made it very easy to deal with everything. Having rental car there, billing, insurance, etc. it was fixed quick and all cleaned up and ready when picked up. Having Email and text updates is a great idea. Would use South Hill Collision in the future if needed. Would also recommend the shop to friends too.

There are some spots on my car where the bumper and car meet that the paint looks to be chipped as well as a spot on the rear passenger door.

When I picked up my car the guy told me the battery had died and they had just jumped it. I went straight to the emergency room where my fiancees son was after breaking his arm. When we went to leave my car wouldn't start so now I'm waiting for someone I called to give me a jump. I didn't leave my car there with a bad battery but I sure left with one.
