I took my car to South Hill Collision when my friend told me they did great work. Some dingaling decided to rear end me in my brand new Subaru Forester when is was less than 5 months old. They hurt my brand new baby you guys! Anyways... these guys and gals were prompt and did a phenomenal job at helping her look good as new again. The customer service provided by Debbie was top notch and she answered all of my questions. She helped me arrange a car rental and worked with my crazy schedule. Also... I live in downtown Tacoma and it was so worth the trip out to South Hill. I won't trust anyone with my car besides these guys. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

A great repair experience. Everyone I talked with were friendly, very helpful, and efficient. Repair was finished much earlier than expected and looked great. Especially appreciated the interior cleaning along with the exterior wash. It needed it ????Also appreciated the spot painting lesson, Larry! Jerry Dines

The only reason why I was not completely satisfied was the fact that my car was damaged while in the care of south hill collision. Other than that I would have been completely satisfied.

Nothing major, but when my wife arrived to pick up the vehicle it turns out it wasn't quite ready yet, resulting in a 45 minute wait. There was also a white seat pad in the back seat that how has some black finger prints on it.
