I really appreciated the Service focus of the front desk, and the phone consultation when a decision had to be made. I had asked for some extra work to replace a headlight bulb,which was missed, and after I purchased the bulb, it was put in place at zero charge. Will recommend to anyone in need of auto body work.

The work that was done was create as far as the repairs that were performed. Once I got my car back I have noticed that a few things are not working the way the should be. One is that the dome light does not come on when doors open. Also if I leave the headlights to the on position they turn off when i turn off the car and remove the key but the parking lights stay on. This has already killed my battery once.

Id appreciate a call back my tint is horribly scratched on drivers side. Passenger side is bubbly and there's black tar on my seats n all over inside n outside of doors

Everything looked great! Everything worked properly. the paint job on the Dodge lettering looks bad! It's bubbled up and it smooth. This is sad to me because my vehicle is less than a month old.

Staff at front desk very pleasant & efficient. Also my estimator (****) was very helpful. I had several questions & she took the time to answer them all. My vehicle was hit by an uninsured driver & she was very helpful & was available to answer questions that the third party had. Her assistance was invaluable to me.
