I am over the top excited about my bumper repair... It looks better then new! Customer service experience was second to none! I am sharing with everone my excellant experience. Was fearfull after recent bad experiance with Bonney Lake collision.... Hopefully my audi won't need collision service again, although I know where to go if so. Thank you South Hill Collision!!

I really appreciated the quality work that was done. Work was completed well before the 10 days estimate, which I greatly appreciated as I registered for the Cancer Walk in Tacoma on October 10th. The hood fits perfectly; I like the guard on the front...a little different, but I like this one much better. Paint matches precisely. Having an accident isn't pleasant, but when your insurance company and repair place work together, then that makes for a positive experience. Not pleased with having to find bumper myself. Also was not please with no one walking through completed vehicle with us . Due to that we may have some issues that will need to be fixed.
