Wondered why there was no drive test condition report. Seems like the insurance co dictated damage to be repaired even though a hard rear end collision may have caused drivability damage. Assessment I received at your shop consisted of a visual inspection only and I noted after I left post repairs, that my alignment is compromised. Also, no comparison or info regarding vehicle condition versus damage. Repair seemed to follow estimated damage only. Was never sure what to note as caused by the accident or worn prior to repair.
