This car was previously repaired by you and it looked like new when complete. This time I chose you over letting the other driver's insurance, Geiko, direct us to a repair place. You didn't fail me. the completed job looks good - took a dau or so too long. someone from south hill DID call me the day i had the estimate completed to inform me that safeco had acknowledged responsibility and to call for appt for repair work.. later so. hill called to ask if i wanted a rental since it was safeco obligation. later none of this was true??? turned out it was true but why all the confusion??
