Job was done in a timely manner, the car looked great and no paint smell in the cabin. Several years ago I used a different body shop on Meridian, and had reaults not near the quality. Specifically the decals were crooked, paint did not match and overspray in the cabin. Took it back to have them correct the issues and lets just say I will not return. South Hill Collision did it right the first time and kept me informed throughout the repair. Well done!!

Did not install Racing stripes on my car as it used to be when I dropped it off at the shop. They decided to take the initiative and just make the decision themselves to not charge me the deductible without consulting me first and have it installed somewhere else when the minimal cost for installing the racing stripes is $600+. My insurance will be proceeding with a claim. I was not even given a reason why they were not installed and I am completley frustrated with this

Car repair of any kind is usually a hassle and surely and inconvenience. Car repair due to an accident, that you didn't cause, is even worse :) South Hill was terrific to work with. From the front office to the shop, everyone was great. The extra work done to repair an existing scratch especially was terrific, my car looks better than it did before the accident:) Service was fast too. We appreciate your work and thank you for a job well done!
