I felt very comfortable after picking up my car. Having a feeling that if anything showed up down the road that needed adjusted or reworked would not be a hassle or inconvenient. Plus the car looks great.

Especially appreciate your tracking down a door so costs could stay around insurance ppayment. Also, your staff is pleasant/helpfuol/considerate. I would definitely recommend CW Downtown to others needing repairs.

Great job, incredibly courteous. Only concern is when I picked up my vehicle there were two new employees, Hugh turnover is always a concern, makes one wonder about the stability of the location. That aside, the two new employees were incredibly cheerful and happy, and they were a pleasant addition to the crew and experience!

Could not have chosen a better place to get my car fixed. They saw it as a fun challenge rather than an obstacle and were very perceptive and supportive through the whole process. I will definitely be recommending them to others and if needed, would certainly use them again.

Please, do NOT contact me. I'm tired of this whole process. I realize that the painting of my alloy wheel was a sublet job, but even after bring it back for a second time, the job wasn't good. I realize that my insurance company wouldn't authorize the replacement of the wheel, however, if this is the best that can be done by the sublet company, perhaps a different method to repaint alloy wheels should be used. Also, my car was slightly damaged while it was at this facility. I wasn't the least bit happy with that, obviously, but I was tired of messing with everything to do with the wreck, so I was okay with them touching up the 3 paint chips and buffing out the scuffs that my car acquired while it was at Auto Masters.
