My new bumper was ruined and admitted to being ruined by your staff. Your staff then tried to tell me warping a new bumper on a paint stand is normal, even though I once did body work and know that is not true. The "new" cover has two, unfilled holes above the license plate that were not on the original. They attempted to fix the bumper with a heat lamp, warping the bumper more. The car was parked at an odd angle, seemingly to conceal the bumper( I had to climb into landscaping to inspect the bumper. I was told a new bumper would be reordered, but no phone call has been made about a time table. They told me they would make sure it was swapped in 30 minutes once it was painted. That is a total rush job. I don't want speed, I want quality. I am planning on contacting my insurance company, the BBB and any other avenues I feel may be effective in dealing with this matter. All cars you service should be equal and a bumper cover should be expected as good as before or better ( due to new paint and clear coat). I can't believe your staff tried to tell someone with industry experience this is normal. Insulting. This is a job a hack, corner shop, with two stalls, that patches rust holes with McDonald's bags and bondo could have done better. If your painters don't know how to bake a bumper cover on a paint stand so it doesn't warp is not the client's burden. That cover should have never been put back on my car.

Your mechanic Bill Nolan was booked solid on a Friday, but had me leave my car regardless and said he wouldn't leave that night until my car was completed (even if he had to stay late!) I can't believe his commitment to your clients!! Amazing customer service continues!!!

I previously had bodywork done at Schoonover but this time I was in just for an oil change and to get an opinion on the wear on my brake pads. Bill does a very good job! Oil change at a reasonable price and he came out and talked with me about the wear on my brake pads. I'll return!
