You guys are really great. Thank you for great service and a beautiful auto body repair job. Tom,Mike, Niki and Jim ( who went out of his way on my way out to apologize for a small issue that Tom had also explained )- all excellent at their jobs and at customer relations. Thanks for the clean car at pick up- nice:). Means a lot to me that the owner has made environmental changes to the paint process /paint type as well.

The staff at Schoonover was tremendous, very professional, courteous and extremely helpful throughout the process. I was completely satisfied of not only of the quality of work, but the level of detail that our service rep (Tom) provided. As promised the repairs would be completed to a like new status and they were. A special thanks to Tom Nolan and Nikki, both of you were wonderful to work with in taking care of the insurance claim and making sure the repairs were completed to satisfaction. I would have appreciated an update on the day of pickup saying what time the car would be ready. I arrived at the promised time and was told it would be another half hour. If I'd received an update with the new time I could have arrived later. They did deliver the car in less than the half hour but I feel they probably rushed through the detailing.

As I "inspected the car I found that there was a crease on the driver's side back door that wasn't there prior to the accident. I am going to contact Schonner's tomorrow.
