The final bill came in higher than the verbal quote I got when I Said I might not go thru insurance. But now that I did, is that why the cost was higher? Just curious...

**** minor issue. The car was not actually totally locked. This was due to a factory function of the drivers door with this 1997 Honda Accord LX. You can not lock the drivers door while it is open. This is to prevent you being locked out of the car. You have to close that door to have it lock. You can lock that door when shut manually, with the key or the remote control for the after market key less entry. Also we never talked about exactly where the keys I left with you would be left. I found them quickly. I was surprised to see that the bent trim/metal window edge was bent back to a normal position. I also was not sure as I had for got to advise where all the screws were located. Your workers figured that out and put the door panel and interior trim back on. That was great to see. Thanks a lot. I have not yet tested the function of the window do to the cool outside temps @ about 6 pm when I got to my car. I will test it tomorrow some time. I do not expect any issues though. Also thanks for the calls about State Farm giving you some trouble over my claim. I am going to talk to my agents office and let them know about the issues with my glass coverage. My windshield looks great. Nikki was friendly and professional. I understand wanting to wash/detail the vehicles for the customer but it was over 3 hours and my car still wasn't ready. I understand getting busy etc. but if I'd known how long it was going to be I would have made a much earlier appointment. Still would recommend you to others.
