Great communication looked brand new when I got it back and Lindsey called every day even if there was no news best experience possible

I am satisfied with the timeliness and quality of the repair of my vehicle but I was left questioning the integrity of one or more of the ABRA employees. I was initially told that a broken taillight bracket was caused by the person who 'door-dinged' the rear quarter panel of my vehicle. When I challenged that statement the employee became defensive and borderline argumentative. To ABRA's credit, their manager called me the following day and disclosed that the bracket broke when one of his technicians was removing it. I served in the US Air Force for 28 years. The majority of my service was spent in aircraft maintenance. As such, I fully appreciate that oftentimes things are inadvertently damaged while carrying out repairs. What is unacceptable is fraudulently pointing the finger at others when those mishaps occur. Integrity starts at the top but should be creed of virtually every employee throughout the organization.

Abra was in contact with me on a daily through text and phone calls. They went beyond what was expected. My car looked fantastic! I will definitely use them in the future

The work done looking good got home done a full walk around and noticed a few new scratches that was not there when I drop the truck off
