My service was great and my car was fixed in a timely manner. However, on the day I was to go pick it up, I was called and told that my car had been damaged again while moving it in the workshop. My front bumper had to be replaced. I had to wait four extra days since it was Labor Day weekend to get my car. Then the day I was told it was ready, I arrived and the normal staff was gone and the ship was manned by temporary workers. My car was not ready as I was told and was still in the shop, locked up behind a gate the temporary workers had no access to. I was told there was nothing they could do and that I would have to come back the next day. When I came up the next day, my car was finally ready and I was able to pick it up. When I picked it up the staff was friendly and made the process very easy and they apologized for the inconvenience of forgetting to make my car available the previous day.

Very impressive. Business clean and well organized. Everyone I came into contact with were friendly and helpful. I loved the update text. I felt very well taken care of. The rental company used were also great. I would have loved to have kept the car I was given. I had not heard of Abra before, but I will sure recommend them now to anyone needing repairs. Too bad the chipped paint on the hood couldn't be repaired, but I appreciate the work you did to repair the two door locks. Wish you didn't have to disable the manual key entry on the driver's door; good thing the rear hatch has a key entry as well. - Dan
