I feel like I had to handle everything. Phone calls, checking on my car, returning my rental and finding out I was charged for an extra day. I felt like the bare minimum was repaired on my car, not one extra scratch. I feel like the repair people went out of their way to only paint sections of my bumper. I pay my ins bills on time and when I have an accident I expect you to go above and beyond. I was told your slogan is "we pay for what we owe, not a penny more" that translates to, we are cheap, good luck. The process was frustrating, and stressful. As if an accident isn't stressful enough. By the way geico had a major hand in my displeasure. Not sure I can keep.an ins co. That only does the bare minimum. There are plenty of body shops and ins. Companies.
