Text messages thru repair process should be more meaningful rather then just generic texts. Eta of completion or updates would be better. I'd rather recieve a text than a phone call but only if the text has meaningful information. Then if I have an issue or question ill call you.

I have always come to this location after it was recommended to me years ago. The quality of work is second to none and the customer experience is foremost in the minds of the staff. I was concerned when the name changed but that stopped once I saw Josh and the other collision solutions staff still on board. Josh has always been a pleasure to work with and a big part of my repeat business. Chuck was a new face but every bit a pleasure to work with.
