I really appreciated George's updates and the clear information all through the process. The office staff was friendly, helpful, and very professional. My car was not only repaired but looked better than before the accident thanks to the extra special clean and polish Pacific staff did before delivering it to me.

Everyone was VERY polite and helpful. My car looked amazing. Also, a nice surprise was the entire car being cleaned inside and out. It was done SO WELL!!! I drove home very happy :)

The entire staff was great! Shaun was wonderful. The facilities are clean and everyone was so kind and curtious. Everything was perfect.

Everyone was wonderful and very helpful and my car looks great. It took less time than I was originally told to do the repairs, which was nice. The only suggestion I have is with the text updates-I got a text when the work began, but no updates until today saying the car repairs were 56% completed! I had already received a phone call saying the car was ready.

I was very skeptical about having the bumper repaired and not replaced because I didn’t want to have problems later, but Sean told me, over the phone, about your lifetime warranty which convinced me and I’m glad I did because I am pleasantly surprised with the results. Thanks to Sean who was very helpful and and kept me updated on the progress.

I was very impressed working with George from Pacific Elite in Placentia. He made the whole process less stressful, continued to keep me updated via text/voicemail which worked with my busy schedule, and was very polite and a pleasure to work with.
