Pride auto body shop provides an EXCELLENT!!! service. I highly recommend this place. I am very impressed with the customer service and the quality of work. The ladies at the front desk are very professional. The manager is very accommodating.

The work done was amazing. The time duration was very unsatisfactory. I made the appointment to drop off vehicle 2 weeks in advance, giving plenty of time to get the required parts in. I stated I would ONLY drop off vehicle if all the parts were in. It was important to get my vehicle back to me within 3 days. My prior experience with Eric was 3 days and vehicle was returned on time. This time around the timeline was way too long. You need more communication and be up front if parts are not in at the time of drop off. Still upset but I have to say my vehicle looks great. Enough said. Thank You.

This is the second time I have chosen to bring my vehicle to pride auto body. Just as the first time I brought my vehicle in I was completely satisfied With your polite staff and outstanding customer service. Valerie was upfront when she said 3 months until repairs would be completed. So we knew exactly what to expect. She kept us updated from time to time. Every looks great and seems to run same as new.
