I was not expecting to have my vehicle in the body shop for almost 2 months and I was very surprised to find out at the end when picking up my vehicle that I had to pay you guys $****,000. When in fact I was told by my insurance that they were waiving my deductible because the person who hit me was at fault.

the door panel that was replaced looks great, however there are scratches and nicks where the front left headlight was taken out that were not there before. the headlight was removed to not leave masking lines and, yet the bumper and hood were scratched and nicked in the installation process. this is the SECOND time i have had to take my car back to Pride Auto Body to have them repair damage that did not exist before i brought it there. i am extremely disappointed!

Everything went very well. The staff was great and attentive to my concerns. The only let down actually had nothing to do with the shop, but rather the dealership that the parts were purchased from. Waiting 5 days for clips is insane. On top of that the dealership lied on multiple occasions and really had no clue when the parts were scheduled to arrive. If only the dealer was as "lean" and process centered as Pride.
