Been here twice for auto body repairs with overall great quality work except for final quality inspection and cleaning. Both times car has been "Washed" but yet still had paint marks or dirt and debris on the vehicle/wheels. Along with certain details that needed to be redone due to lack of a quality inspection prior to returning the vehicle to the owner. 1st visit rear quarter panel window was not properly sealed along with damage to window tint which made me have to schedule an appointment to have them re-tint the glass. When vehicle was returned there were paint marks along the body of the vehicle that needed to be removed during the process of picking up the vehicle. 2nd visit it was recently discovered that the top molding above the driver window did not have sufficient adhesive and is separating from the body. Also during the process of picking up the vehicle it was noticed that the wheels were covered in dirt/debris which was slightly cleaned with a rag just before driving off. Overall the quality of the work is great but the final inspection process definitely needs to be improved. In both occasion the vehicle needed to have issues correct and car re-cleaned.

I've used Ford Auto Body for years because they are trustworthy, do excellent work and are so friendly. I highly recommend them and will continue to be a loyal customer.

I wasn't aware that my car wasn't going to be available until nearly day's end of the day my car was promised. I had planned my week based on the day my car was promised. It caused me quite an inconvenience and I felt as if my role as customer was inconsequential. Good thing the quality of work of good, as that was the only redeeming aspect of my experience.

The staff at Pride Auto Body were very helpful from the moment I stopped in with my vehicle. The young lady at the front desk was very professional and addressed every question/concern I had while she processed my vehicle paperwork. While my car was undergoing repairs I was kept up to date with the helpful text notifications they provided. When I picked up my vehicle it was looking like brand new! I'm very thankful for their quality of work and will definitely recommend people to visit if they ever need body work.

From the beginning until the end of the process the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The receptionist was polite and friendly; Eric the customer service guy was professional and courteous. He kept me updated throughout the entire process via phone and email and I really appreciate that. Thank you and I look forward to future business with your a great company. I also liked the clean facility and the charming decor.

Valarie took the extra mile to make sure my car was repaired to the standard I expected. My car initially was said to complete, but when I arrived to pick it up, the door didn't close properly, trim was not on, and the car was not detailed as originally promised. I brought this to Valarie's attention and she made sure everything was correct when I took delivery the second time.

Let me start by saying from the moment we walked in there it was perfect it was a spa like experience Eric was fantastic he took care of all of our needs we will definitely recommend this place and if we do ever have any other auto body needs we will definitely come to you first. Thank you

Great service. Frequent updates. Good work as far as I can tell. Have not examined car carefully as yet :) Always will use you
