Your team has a good process established with regards to sending updates via email. Eric goes out of his way to ensure a good experience throughout the process; even the car wash showed attention to detail. Liz and Cristina were the initial greeters (on different days) which started the experience on a good foot. They even asked if I needed a car rental which shows they know what the customers need. Good experience overall! Perfecto.
