Everyone was very helpful and nice. My care looks great. My only concern is that the original quote for my car was 30% less than the final price. That seems a bit extreme. It was all explained to me , but I still think that a quote should not be off by more than 10-20%.. Other than that, Thank you.

The repair work was very well done. My only complaint is that I would have preferred they preordered the bumper. Not doing so added a week to the repair. The GM called me directly to apologize after I had called the dealer in an attempt to expedite. I appreciated the call.
