From the initial phone call to picking up my vehicle, everyone I encountered at Pride Auto Body, Santa Clarita, was wonderful. Dennis and Valerie were welcoming, accommodating, communicative, and answered all my questions. The work that your repair shop has done is extremly satifying and Donald was extremly informative about the quality of replacement and repair that was done-However when the trunk was replaced there is a back-up that was damaged in the process of repair.
