The quality of work provided to me was excellent. Mr. Sergio (Not sure about his last name) is a class act. The only complaint I have is regarding the lack of communication and coordination with customer. I made few phone calls to make sure that some concerns of mine to be addressed in a timely manner, but I was not contacted by Pride and as a result of that I ended up with some unwanted/unnecessary unit/part and labor. I would like for Pride to help me return a part back to Toyota and get reimbursed for it. This was my only issue. Other than this, Pride did offer an excellent customer service. Very happy with Mr. Sergio and Andrew.

My only issue with this experience was the lack of timely notification that my car would not be ready on the originally scheduled pick up date. The text message system was great, but I think they could have decided quicker that it was not going to be ready on time.
Having said that, I have to commend all the staff I met and worked with. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Thank you.

Maria and Carlos were a breath of fresh air in working with me. I truly appreciate how professional, helpful, communicative, and punctual they are.
