Monica and Maria are great. Monica got the repairs stated and was friendly, confident and reassuring. Maria sent me emails and texts throughout the weeks of repairs to keep me informed of exactly how far along where we were with the repairs. When I came to pick my car up, Monica had someone wash my car again and when I saw my car it looked great! What an excellent job and what a great overall experience with Ford Auto Body! The insurance company from the guy who hit me wanted me to go to one of their repair shops, I'm so glad that I insisted (and with help and reassurance from Monica) to come to you. Valerie was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!! She made a tough experience easy. She was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. She went out of her way to get my rental car brought to me and get my finished vehicle delivered back to me. She made special arrangements for a higher quality rental car.
