I have use PRIDE autobody many times over last 15 years and have always found the work to be excellent. In addition to getting my car back and absolute clean condition, I found all four mudflaps fastens securely and cleaned which HAMER Toyota said they couldn't do. Oh and to me that's over and above what we agreed to have fixed thanks very much. I also enjoyed very cute text messages on my car thank you Jerry Zeldas a.k.a. POGO the clown

The estimate was within the expectation. The staff were nice (both the young ladies at the front desk) and courteous. Your updates by text messages were useful. I am very happy with the work done. I thought the service was completely professional and anticipated. I did have a bit of a problem with the expectations of the office to return the rental car, but other than that the office Assistant handled the situation with respect and professionalism to a positive end. For that I am grateful and would love to return if need be. Thank you Addie!

We arrived home from picking up our car to find the passenger side mirror frame has a chunk missing. Curious, since the side mirror had not been damaged in the accident. We will contact you in the morning to discuss.
