All of my programed radio stations were lost, have to try to remember them to reprogram - inconvenient. Same with our programed seat positions and address history in navigation system. Rubber Hood seal does not sit properly - told this will be fixed.

You are terrific. You do it right. I had a bit of a mix up at the end because of a broken belt when I came to pick up the car so it is still there but you were completely helpful and I am sure it will all work out. Keep up the good work.

I had been under the impression that my rear bumper would also be getting repaired but upon receipt of my completed vehicle restoration, I was caught offguard that the bumper had not been fully repaired. Instead touch up paint was added but the bumper still appears damaged. When asked about why the bumper wasn't repaired, I was informed that it would have to be replaced and would incur additional fees. However, no one had disclosed this to me prior nor had anyone consulted with me to ask if I would consent to having it replaced, even for an additional charge. Furthermore, the damages were charged to the insurance claim so I do not understand why the bumper could not have been fully replaced when the insurance claim was paying for the repairs. The repairs that were completed restored my car to its original condition however there is still visible damage from the initial accident that still has yet to be addressed because I was returned the vehicle without full restoration.

The person at the front desk, (I think her name was Jamie) was amazingly helpful. I was having trouble with my credit card and she made an embarrassing situation much less embarrassing. She showed a level of customer service that is rarely seen these days. Pride did a good job at fixing my car but its the level of customer service I experienced when I picked up my car that will make me recommend Pride Auto Body to my family, friends and Co-workers. Great experience. The car looks great. The car wash was an added perk to find today. The service provided by Eli and his team was exceptional! Told my husband how positive the experience was and he is planning to use pride to have a repair done on his car as well.
