My only recommendation would be that if you are going to use an email system to update, then it should be used more regularly. I felt I had to call for updates as I wasn't being updated thru the email system. Car looks beautiful.

Communication was excellent. I appreciated receiving emails regarding the status. My car was available earlier than originally expected which is a plus. Everyone was very nice and easy to work with. My car has needed body work 3-4 times and I always use Pride. Thank you.
