The car was delivered with the emergency brake going right down to the floor.
The car has a dual sun visor on each side. The driver's side was not going up all the way. When I lowered the outer visor, the inner visor fell right into my lap. Someone at your shop broke the plastic pivot points on the inner visor and then just slipped the broken visor back under the outer visor.
Your body work is beautiful, but the brake problem and the broken sun visor marred what would have been a perfect experience.

For being a very aggravating reason to bring my car to Pride, this was one of the most relaxed, organized least aggravating experiences I have ever had. The whole process from the time I brought my car in to picking it up was organized and efficient. Eric communicated with me the whole time, answered my questions and was extremely helpful. Car was dirty from inside and smells like paint. I had to take it to car wash for inside detail. The strong paint job smell is still there. Car inside was full of dust. It looked like some left it open. You charged insurance about 8000.00' at least you could clean inside of vehicle and kill that strong paint smell. Also, I did notice some shining spots in the sunlight on trunk (probably after painting) which if notice closer may not match car paint . I don't know about inside job at this moment. I am truly unsatisfied what you guys did to the inside car smell of my 2015 Altima.

There is a section of the fender and bumper which comes together and there is a very clear gap in there because they are not closing into each other. Also i found out there the pasenger side front tier had a rupture on its internal side of it which i believe must have hapoened in Pride facility because thevtier is brand new and i have not had any collision with what-so-ever. I have to pay 150 to replace the tier. I hope Pride can do simething about these two issues .
