It took too long. The car looks nice and I appreciate the thoroughness, but, given that your shop is not open on weekends and holidays, I was out a vehicle for two weeks. Having to spend additional money for a rental car for two weeks was a pain in the neck.

Really great. Above and beyond my expectations. Really appreciated the extra effort fixing the seat cover and touching up the front bumper, in addition to getting the car started.

Hi Gerardo: You and your employees execute flawlessly. In the past year you have performed collision repair on two of our cars. Each time you personally, regularly kept me informed with progress reports. Plus the entertaining robo-emails I'd get from your notification service. As I've told you many times, your customer-focus is superb. You always take time to *really* listen to my concerns, and then you either answer or act upon those concerns. That's follow-through of a high order. Everyone I have had contact with at your firm, both on the phone and in person, has also shown me that same excellent level of attention, care and concern. This F/B form is about the 2002 Protege detail job, so I'll just say that once again you heard my expectations and truly exceeded them in every respect. I was paying for a rental car while waiting to be contacted about the progress of my repairs .. Pride admittedly dropped the **** and did not contact me after I inquired twice ..Again I had to call Pride for a third time to eventually find out my paper work had been waiting for me to sign to commence repairs..Not once did Pride call me from Monday to Thursday . Pride did not even call for me to sign the paper work required to start the repairs . ... The manager did handle the situation very well and paid for my rental expenses...Since I was asked I responded to your request to respond.. Other than the manager I did not find Pride a good recommendation .

NOT satisfied with repairs as advise to JOSE aka manager I will be taking my veh. Back on Friday , 3, 2013 at 8 am as stated with the understanding pride auto body shop will provide me with a Mercedes Benz rental .
