The repair itself looks good. Scheduling the repair was ridiculously complicated. I scheduled an appointment via internet... which then resulted in a series of phone calls from the scheduling company who first said that the time would work, then they called back to say it wouldn't work, then I was shuffled from one rep to another until they admitted that they really didn't know what times were available, then they finally figured it out while I was on hold. These people are idiots. They are not helping you. Otherwise, all is well.

The Pride team did everthing they said would happen in the repair of my car. This includes e-mail updates, the staff calling and providing status. The management is great and the front desk is especially good as they go out of their way to accomidate. I would never go anywhere else when needing work on my vehicles

Staff was courteous & professional. However we were disappointed that the damage to the right side underliner caused by accident was not noted at time of estimate. We have seen the paint job of bumper in day light yet as we picked car up at 5:30 pm today

From the moment I stepped into Pride I was very happy with my decision in bringing my car there. Jerry was excellent from the beginning when he took in my car, to the moment he handed over the keys. He made sure everything was ok and that I was satisfied. I would recommend Pride to everyone I know! Also I love receiving email updates!

This repair took too long. The GEICO adjuster approved the repairs on 11/12 and estimated two weeks. The actual repair took over five weeks. I still don't understand how a 2010 Nissan would be such a challenge to get parts quickly that also fit properly. We had delay after delay regarding parts and the estimated completion date changed many times. This made the experience very frustrating.

I am very satisfied with my recent repair experience with you. Both Jerry and Adriana kept me posted thruout the whole time by phone and emails. If they had to contact my insurance co. for additional approvals they would advise me to keep me updated on the progess of the repairs. I couldn't have a better team behind me looking after my best interests. So thank you and the whole Pride Auto Body team.

The contact via e-mail vs. phone was not as immediate or convenient as it could have been...when I arrived to pick up my car after 5 p.m. I was told it was in for a wash and would take no more than 20 minutes; it took closer to 45 minutes.

Some of the communication is inconsistent. I got three different times to pick up my car from three different sources (2 employees, **** e-mail), but this is a minor complaint. I think you did a nice job especially considering how unprofessional the insurance adjustor from AAA behaved.
