The car was not done as promised, which I understand why. I should have been contacted by at least 10am each morning it was not to be done to be told. I don't think a customer should have to call each day to find out if the car is complete. On Monday I was going to drive over after lunch, but thank God I call first so I didn't make the trip. Besides that, they were really nice people and everything else was great.

The body work looks great. I was also happy that Crystal River Firestone recommended a new tire & rim. One thing I notice when almost all mechanics work on or service my vehicle is that they leave the AC on MAX, which I rarely use. I'm told that it's not good to start you car with the AC on. Please turn off the AC when you're done working. Thanks.
