When I arrived to pick up my car yesterday the 2 year old battery was dead - Raul believes an overhead light was left on. Raul jumped the battery - Per Raul I drove for about 30 mins - I just had to call AAA because my battery is dead again. I'm just venting . . . My only complaints with the repair service was that my car was in the shop for 25 days (3 times as long as the original estimate) and each time I was told the car would be ready, no one called me to say there was another delay. Each time I had to call to ask about the car - not a big deal but could easily be remedied by asking one of the office workers to call customers with updates. I just cranky about my battery - I don't plan to complain to AAA.

The staff was excellent and kept me constantly updated me on the status of my repairs. Greg was very pleasant to deal with and made the experience as painless as possible. My car runs excellent and looks brand new! I would without a doubt bring my vehicle there for any future repairs...thanks again!!!

The tailgate logo that should say F-250 says F-150 the drivers side backup tail light is not working
