I was told my car was ready. I made arrangements to use it after I picked it up and went all the way there. I was told it was a mistake. Since I chose to use your services for two cars and asked for help with my deductible. I was told it’s against State Farm policy. I checked with State Farm and found that not to be so. I checked with another Auto Body and they said it’s Not true that they can decide if they want to. I appreciate your good work and wish for truthful response in either telling me to come pick up my car or your ability or desire to help someone. I will find another service center in the future and let State Farm know of my complaint. Sorry to be in conflict We have had years of good relationships. It does take longer to get my car back.

Alexis was absolutely amazing. She was extremely professional, understanding and a delight. The ladies at the front desk were welcoming. The gentleman that checked the car in was thorough, engaging, and witty. Accidents are not fun.. but you all turned a negative into a positive Thank you the car looks amazing.. red paint is hard to match.. but you NAILED IT!

I had full confidence that your team would solve any problems that arose. And indeed you have. There was a problem with a cord (electrical) that wasnt grounded, causing my rear view camera to go off while in drive. Thanks for fixing everything . Jan 5th, 2018.

They. Were patient with means my work hours!! They kept me informed of of all the work that was done and what was needed!! They even called the insurance company to extend my rental car!! And the rental place as well!!! They take care of everything!!!
