Great service, from the front office staff, Shannon & Veronica To Albert, Magos, our specialist and the mechanics who worked in our vehicles. The service received from 1st certified was exceptional. Alberts personality won us over from the beginning and made us feel like we were in good hands and we could trust his word regarding our vehicle. Would definitely recommend 1st certified and Albert to friends and family.

Our car looks and drives great again, thank you for doing a great job! We were very impressed that you were able to finish with it so quickly! We new that there would be dust and residue left over from all the work that was done and we were happy to see that you even attempted to keep that to a minimum and cleaned it up! Thank you!

I was very pleased with the repairs to my car. Albert was very courteous and professional when dealing with everything that had to do with the repairs. He kept communicating on the status of the parts and when they would arrive so I was always aware of what the schedule was. Albert Magos sheparded my truck through the process very nicely. It was a small repair, well done and though it wasn't necessary, the truck was cleaned and even the tires were shined! Nice touch!

The repairs were done to perfection and the repair of the fog light as well as the cleanup both inside and outside the car was an unexpected bonus.
