I was very pleased the way I was treated. Bob's was very pleasant and understanding. Very quick at getting my car fix. My car was ready sooner than I anticipated. Everyone was very nice and polite. My accident was stressful enough and Bob's made getting my car repaired stress free!. I would highly recommend Bob's for car repairs. My car was not repaired with very much quality. There were several mistakes. Body lines were uneven. The trunk lid was not aligned properly. It was raining when I came to pick it up, and even in the rain I could tell that my car was not clean, making it impossible to tell if the new paint matched the original paint. My estimated completion date was pushed back 3 times, and I was never notified prior to any of the dates that it wouldn't be done that day. I had to call and find out on each of those days that it wouldn't be done when estimated. This job took a long time to complete and was still not correct. I am not happy at all
