Cory was an awesome customer service representative. He got caught up in a rush of customers and maintained professionalism and patience. He managed to help each customer timely and efficiently. I was pretty bummed about getting into an accident, but the text updates and courtesy calls from Redlands Auto Body gave me reassurance that my car would be back and ready to go in no time. I was even able to get my car 3-4 days before anticipated. Would highly recommend Redlanda Auto Body )

Everyone was extremely helpful. The customer service was awesome! We were updated daily on the status of our car and the repairs were done quickly! The car looks fantastic!! Great job everyone!
