you guys were great. I feel like your shop goes above and beyond when it comes to communication and service. We were so happy with the little extras thrown in like our headlights being polished and the tires too! And the vacuuming of the rugs inside! It was all great and we will definitely refer your company to our friends.

I always get updates about the progress of the repair. The staff are polite and helpful. Cory was taking care of the my car repairs and he is "on top of things". Thank you for the good experience. I would recommend your shop.

Erin at the front counter was extermely helpful and profesional. the manager Steven came out when i was dropping off and and was very knowlegable about the insurance aspect of my repairs. Ben kept me up to date and even finished my vehicle early. If i ever need repairs again this is where i will come. i will recommend Redlands Auto Body for sure A

I was however a little disappointed because this is the first time I had repair work done where my vehicle was not washed. The front part of my truck look clean but the back part wasn't cleaned to the point where it's hard to see out of the back window. That's my fault because I brought a dirty truck in but normally it is cleaned for me when I bring it home

Excellent repair work and customer service. Just to add icing on the cake, a car wash would be a nice touch. Repaired side was nice and clean, rest of car was dirty.
