They are the best. They finished ahead of time and their work is excellent. Everyone is very friendly and they text you daily, if you like, to let you know the progress on your car. I highly recommend them if you want quality work. I will always use them when needed and tell alll my friends to go there for repairs

Ben and the “welcome staff” at the front are superb. I had an appointment, and the car damage details were already transmitted to 1st Certified by my insurance company (USAA), who had already prearranged the rental car. I showed up on time, and had the car and repairs squared away within 5-10 minutes. And then they delivered me to the rental agency. Time at the rental agency could not have exceeded 10 minutes. All in all, me and my rental were back home an hour later! My repairs were expertly done in half the estimated time, and staff called me the following day to see if I was satisfied or had any questions. All in all, my rental and I were back home in under an hour! My all-time BEST car repair eexperience ever!
