What a great way of using social media to let me know you care and that my car is being taken care of in a timely manner. This type of customer service is rare and greatly appreciated. My experience with Redlands Auto Body &Frame was very professional, pleasant and worry free. Many thanks to Mr. Eric Williams(estimator/rep) who kept me updated about the progress of the repair to my van and made sure everything went smoothly. He arranged for my car rental and did all he could for us. Many thanks to the technicians who did a fantastic job on our van which looked like it was new and as if nothing had happened.
