Great job finishing my truck. The only problem I had was my back lights didn't work but I found the problem just needed to reconnect the lights. It was simple and I did it myself. Compared to other shops that was the least of my issues. The other shop cost me an engine so in my book y'all did great

Only dealt with Cecily when vehicle was checked in and when I picked up I was again assisted by Cecily. She is very professional and demonstrated great customer service. There was an admin person at the front desk when I picked up my vehicle. I did not get her name, but she was also helpful & friendly. I very much like the text system used to keep customers informed. Would not hesitate to refer to your business.

Starting with the front office receptionist the service was professional. I was involved and informed of the repairs to my car from the first day of contact. My car was repaired promptly and returned with a lifetime warranty on the job. I will recommend Gross & Son Body Shop if you want a company that cares about their customers. Thanks for your service.

One of the best car repair shops in the country. I received a call every other day updating me on my repair. The repair was also finished several days before it was scheduled. The shop also took a loss on parts to get me brand new factory parts for my car. The repair was also amazing and now the car looks new. Most definitely recommended.
