Wonderful, wonderful job. My car looks beautiful. Everything that I was told by different employees there actually happened as they said it would, emails sent, text messages sent and the car was repaired and ready for pickup on the day that I was originally told that it would be. If I ever have another unfortunate mishap I will definitely request Gross & Son. You will be my number **** recommendation to anyone needing repairs. Thank you all.

My first visit was completed in a timely manner and was washed. They kept me informed of the progress. This visit didn't go that smooth, I was notified at the last minute of the job being completed, there were wires hanging down that weren't hanging at first& the vehicle was dirty. I had to return the vehicle to have wires secured that were hanging down.
