Did not receive the texts or phone calls keeping me up to date on the progress of my vehicle. I had to call each time to request the status of my vehicle. The lady at the front desk was amazing and the vehicle turned out great.

I agreed with GEICO to have my doors buffed instead of painting them. I had to return with my the day after I picked it up to have the doors buffed. Now I have to bring it back to have ALTIMA and the letter S put back on my trunk. They forgot to put it on.
