Everyone were courteous. I was given Bill as a contact person, who updated me a couple of times by text on the progress of the repair. He called me to let me know pickup date had been pushed back due to the rain. Upon pickup Bill explained the repair and asked if I was satisfied. To my pleasant surprise the vehicle interior had been totally cleaned. I would highly recommend Gross and Son.
