I was completely satisfied with the tech they did a awesome job fixing my car . However hen I went to pick up my car no one went over anything with me there was no inspection it was here's your keys bye. It was very impersonal. My car also was returned to me with a flat tire so there goes more money out of my pocket!

Nobody likes going through the process of getting their car fixed after an accident, but your company was very professional, friendly and the best you were fast taking care of me. I don't I was there 30 minutes. Not only fast but had a rental car waiting. The appraiser, ship manager, body mechanic and even the secretary/administrator were top notch. I would definitely come here again

The situation with my Kia will be fixed in a few days. Everyone was very understanding with my request to fix my mirror. After it is fixed I will be completely satisfied. However, I would like to never have Jeff Wiggins as my adjuster/Geico representative again.

My drivers side door swings open without the usual notches to hold it half or all way open. Needs adjusting. I am assuming hinges were moved during collision.
