I was so stressed out about my car and how difficult the process might be and having to leave work but this place made it very easy on me and were patient with me as I stressed. They went out of their way to make me comfortable and make my situation easier and I now know who to take my vehicle to for ANYTHING. I am very grateful for their hospitality and they were the simplest company to work with. Seems very family oriented and a down to earth team. 10 stars :)

Everyone on the team was extremely accommodating and helpful when we experienced a slight miscommunication regarding our vehicle. Things worked out but they went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. My husband and I both were very impressed! And I have to brag on the fact that the car looked and smelled amazing! The detailing job was outstanding! My husband was particularly impressed with that since the dealership where the car was purchased NEVER does that! And they service it quite frequently. Always a pleasure working with the Gross and Sons Family!????????????????????????
