I didn't receive text past Monday to say it was complete. Told that paperwork was all that was left on Monday. Very inconvenient that it wasn't ready till 5:30, yet I went at 5 and was done except for a few paperwork details. I had to inquire about completeness, rather than receiving text.

From beginning to end, my experience was amazing! What was already a traumatic experience was lessened by the professional, human and expedient manner everything was handled. The staff was so wonderful and efficient. Ricky was just the best in the way he communicated and handled the claim. Isaac was also wonderful. Thank you.
