the service was great, they kept me updated with the work. Even though the work was delayed a but, i was emailed constantly to update the status.The employees were friendly and i was able to get a rental right at the location.

3D it’self was fine. Very polite and attentive. I am displeased that Enterpirse associate decided to charge my card without discussing the finances with me first. I have been overcharged and can’t seem to get in touch with him. Have left messages to no answer.

The repair makes the car look like new! I was also pleasantly surprised that it was washed and cleaned inside. Everyone I encountered was professional and friendly. I am very satisfied!

I was very satisfied with my experience but towards the end, the communication dwindled and my car took longer than anticipated. I had to reach out twice to find out the status of my car; whereas, the automatic texts said I would get a call if there were to be a delay and my car was expected to be done on time. Very misleading. Very nice guys though and I appreciate they sent my car to a closer location to my work! I would recommend 3D in the future.

Love that everything was in one place the Geico claims adjuster the Enterprise Rent-A-Car and the auto body shop was all in one place the customer service was pretty good although I found it I was calling them more to keep me up-to-date and they were calling me but the car looks beautiful I am truly very happy

Everybody that I came in contact with was excellent. I truly felt that 3D cared about my car and me as a person. The communication was perfect. I would definitely recommend 3D to anyone I know that needs an auto body repair.
